A better IOP

We are happy to announce the opening of our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for OCD. Our IOP provides a new model of treatment of OCD, integrating the best traditional evidence-based approaches with a fresher approach that we believe makes for a substantially better client and family experience. Our approach integrates cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP) and mindfulness practices. We integrate individual & small group CBT, family dialogue/support & behavioral coaching.

Fostering engagement

We believe in empowering clients through trust and collaboration. Through this, we foster clients to engage in situations that are fear triggering, but also meaningful & important.

We design specific treatments to engage the client where they live: their home, their family, their neighborhood.  Our IOP augments individual & group treatment & behavioral coaching with innovative use of mobile technologies to help extend skill development into the client's real world.

Integrated Mindfulness

We employ a mindfulness-based engagement model into each aspect of our program so that each client is learning how to observe, learn from and develop equanimity in the face of intense emotions and urges. We believe in a client-centered framework that helps empower clients both in treatment and in their lives.

We can help you with long-standing avoidance, decision making, and perfectionism that has kept you from being happier, more successful and more creative.

Spectrum IOP

Starting in July 2018, we will offer treatment at the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) level. Our IOP offers a comprehensive approach using evidence-based treatment, mindfulness-based strategies, and family engagement. We develop a customized treatment plan for each client that links reducing OCD symptoms with one’s life goals and plans.

Our IOP is 3 days a week and integrates exposure and response prevention (ERP), cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) and functional engagement to help clients reconnect with family, friends, school and/or work.
