This is a 25 minute muscle relaxation recording I did - it involves the progressive tensing and releasing of all the major muscle groups in the body.

This recording is based on Attention Training model developed by the so and so’s. To get good at this, you should listen to it 5 days a week for about 3-4 weeks. Attention focusing is an essential skill to build for those of us who can get stuck in our heads. Think of it as learning how to swim in your mind when there are strong rip currents pulling out to sea!
